Our Return Policy
At Sunshine in Maine, we stand behind every piece we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@sunshineinmaine.com with your order number and reason for return.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different style or size within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
